Approach

01

Regulation and operator context first

For flight crew, training aligns with ORO.FC.115 and the operator’s approved training programme. The operations manual, nature of operations, aircraft type and management system remain leading. Cabin or combined CRM elements are delivered only within the applicable ORO.CC.115 arrangements and trainer qualifications.

02

Active CRM facilitation

The trainer uses clear learning objectives, group discussion, case studies, exercises and focused questions. Telling, coaching and facilitation are deliberately balanced; understanding is checked and participants are encouraged to conduct professional self-analysis.

03

Operationally relevant and current

Content is tailored to relevant flight operations, aircraft generation, SOPs, occurrence and safety data, identified hazards, TEM principles and current human-factors lessons. Experts may support specific subject areas.

04

Integration and observable behaviour

Where applicable, CRM is integrated into initial operator, conversion, recurrent, command, simulator and line training. CRM behaviour is assessed only within the operator process, using observable behavioural indicators and the documented methodology.

What it delivers

Clear, practical and applicable

The content aligns with the operation and is built around recognisable situations, observable behaviour and concrete learning objectives.

  • A shared CRM standard demonstrably connected to SOPs, safety management and the operator programme.
  • Active participation, group dynamics and personal awareness rather than classroom knowledge transfer alone.
  • Observable behaviour in communication, leadership and teamwork, problem-solving, workload and situational awareness.
  • Traceable alignment of syllabus, trainer acceptance, recency, evaluation and training records.

Regulatory positioning

Training within the approved organisational context

V-tology provides CRM training and facilitation under arrangements with the operator or training organisation. The operator remains responsible for needs analysis, the approved syllabus, applicable trainer acceptance, operator-specific knowledge, records and compliance with the operations manual.

The website is not a standalone EASA approval and does not itself provide training credit or certification. Scope, audience, qualifications, recency and responsibilities are confirmed before each assignment.

EASA rules, AMC/GM and operator procedures may change. The current EASA publication, approved operations manual and conditions imposed by the competent authority always prevail when training is delivered.
